Athletic Performance Programs


Open to Boys & Girls 6th-8th Grade

DAY: Monday – Thursday

TIME: 9:30a-10:30a

COST: $299 per athlete

Sessions will run June 17th – August 15th

*No training July 1st through July 4th*


Open to High School Boys & Girls

DAY: Mondays & Wednesdays

TIME: 10:30a-11:30a

COST: $250 per athlete

Sessions will run June 24th – August 14th

*No training July 1st through July 4th*

A typical session will consist of:
  • Dynamic warmup & mobility training to prep the athletes for the workout
  • Speed, Agility & Coordination work: Acceleration, deceleration, change of direction
  • Explosive training: Jumping, landing, bounding and hopping to increase rate of force development and force acceptance.
  • Strength training: Emphasis on lower body and core strength training while teaching the athletes the proper form and etiquette of the weight room. Focus here will be on safety and mastering the basics, not necessarily weights being used.

Spencer Sikora has 12 years of experience in strength and performance training. He grew up playing competitive sports throughout high school and recreationally to this day and this is what drove him to pursue a career in an athletic field. He has worked at the Division III level at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse as well as at the Division I level at DePaul University where he helped develop and carry out sports performance programs for sports such as Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer, Tennis, Volleyball and Wrestling. Throughout his time as a trainer he has also developed programs for youth athletes as well as extensive work with competitive high school athletes looking to continue their athletic journey at the next level.
