Coach Byrdak has over 25 years of experience training athletes at the youth, high school, collegiate and professional levels.

  • Training Concepts AED/CPR Certified Instructor
  • Back Logic Certified Specialist 
  • Functional Training Specialist
  • EFI Sports Medicine – Group Instructor, Personal Training and Pilates Certified

Our strength and conditioning program will focus on the following main components: 

1) Guided movement – learning how the body moves through sport

2) Strength Development – enhancement of the sport movement

3) Skill Development – using movement to develop sport specific strength strategies

4) Sports Performance Enhancement – learn to mentally improve upon the way you currently perform


Boys & Girls Ages 13+

WHEN: February 21st – March 30th

DAY: Tuesdays & Thursdays

TIME: 6:00-7:00p

COST: $149 per athlete (12 total sessions)
